1. Account Registration
To access the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, impairs, or renders the Services less efficient. You specifically agree not to:
- Host malicious content or malware.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts.
- Use the platform for crypto-mining without authorization.
3. Payments and Billing
Services are billed on a usage basis. You will be charged automatically using the payment method on file. Failure to pay may result in the suspension of your resources.
4. Google APIs and Google Ads
If you connect Google (sign-in or Google Ads), you authorize Autonix to access Google user data as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of Google sign-in and Google Ads inside Autonix is also subject to the Google APIs Terms of Service and Google’s API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. Autonix uses Google Ads data only to provide Ads Manager and Google Leads features in your workspace. We do not sell Google user data.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may disconnect Google Ads or request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
