How do I reset my root password?
You can reset your root password from the control panel. Go to your Droplet -> Access -> Reset Root Password. A new password will be emailed to you.
How is billing calculated?
We bill hourly up to a monthly cap. You are only charged for the resources you use.
Do you offer backups?
Yes, you can enable automatic weekly backups for 20% of the Droplet cost, or take manual snapshots at any time.
